Calls auto-forward from our servers to a single back-up number (IE: Cellular number or Land-line number) during power outages, internet disruptions, etc. = "Automated back-up forwarding service'. Peak period over-flow is simply added automated line increase service. It allows for additional inbound calls - above normal trunk allowance.
