The Basics: With IP-PBX telephone technology today - your office phone system is plugged into your network. Or, it can be set-up on it's own internal sub-network. Desk phones, cordless phones, and boardroom / conference room phones all connect to the main system box via the network. If using a sub-network design - the end-point devices connect directly to the phone system on it's own dedicated network. Today's office phone systems are also able to run on their own WiFi / Wireless network. This eliminates the need for costly wiring in your office.
Other integrated IP devices such as paging speakers, door intercoms and two-way overhead intercoms can also connect seamlessly with the phone system. These devices are all controlled, updated and maintained directly from the main system very quickly & efficiently.

Easy deployment & office Set-up
Here are some options on how your office phone system and end-point devices can all work together over your network. We have exampled both using your existing network, or running a dedicated sub-phone system network in your office. Un-pack devices. Plug them in, and you're up and running! The cost of having someone to come in and install can be eliminated (unless, you want to have us install for you).
NOTE: A sub-network phone system set-up is usually done for 'larger installations'. But, can be done for smaller ones as well.
WiFi end-points, such as office phones, cordless phones, boardroom conference phones and a few other devices can all be connected "wirelessly"! This give you the freedom to move desk and other users around the office when the need arises. Simply unplug a device, move it, and plug it back in where it is needed. No extra wiring or set-up required.
While there are other network set-up configurations available - these are the most common. You can also mix set-ups to get around some IT based limitations that can come up from time to time.
Phone Service Choices!
The great thing about these office phone systems - they can be expanded and grow as you need to. Choose from using VoIP Telephone Line Service (Internet lines) or use Analog Lines POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service).
Or, use a combination of both for fail-over and back-up calling options. Since these are Hybrid IP-PBX Phone Systems, you can pick and choose telephone line services to suit your needs. Even if you're using older analog lines with a 4 line system - these systems can be expanded later to add 4, 8, 16 or more lines at any time with a 'Phone Line Gateway' (fancy name for analog line expansion box).
