If you are upgrading or replacing your old aging phone system - now is the time to also upgrade your network.
Security, reliability, speed, expandability and lifespan are the first things you need to consider when upgrading your network. Properly implementing and using a network in day-to-day small businesses can make a HUGE difference.
Most small business we encounter are often only using ISP's (Internet Service Provider's) routers as their main network & WiFi solution. While these low end solutions are just "ok" for very very small groups of users (1-5 users='home users' really), using ISP routers are NOT sufficient, nor secure enough for efficient small business networking use. Quite often the ISP's router can cause problems network wide. Sometimes you don't even have full control of their equipment. The result is most businesses do not implement proper network set-up for 'all the above' which is required.
Did you know, you can have a "phone system" & "secure business class network" all in one? You do not have to spend tens of thousands of dollars to run like a large corporation. It costs less than you think!
We specialize in matching YOUR NEEDS with the right equipment and set-up.
Below is some of the equipment options we work with. They are listed in order of importance and this page also acts as a general guide for newbies. Call us to discuss your networking rebuild needs.
Uses: Primary Network Controller & Security.
This is the backbone and the heavy lifting 'control center' of your network (and business). The Router provides: Device IP addresses & 'manages devices' on your internal network. It helps to keep your "internal network" secure. It separates your business from the outside internet world ('firewall' security & control, eh!).

Uses: Network Expansion, PoE Power, Security.
Network Switches are used to expand and further secure your network devices. They can also efficiently power PoE (Power over Ethernet) compatible devices, such as phones and WiFi Access points.
Switches come in various port sizes to match your network needs. Expansion is simply accomplished by adding larger or additional switches into your network when needing to expand.

Uses: Provides WiFi throughout your location.
Indoor & Outdoor Applications.
High gain, long range business class WiFi Access points are quite different vs. your average ISP's-WiFi-built-router. The WiFi Access Points (AP's) we carry cover more area for less, and reach places your ISP's router can't.
Throughput can reach 3+ Gbps, 5+ Gbps, 11+ Gbps and 21+ Gbps (depending on model) for super fast high volume WiFi capacity.
These WiFi Access Points allow for expansion through-out larger buildings - indoors and outdoors. If you lose signal in some areas with your current WiFi, you can simply add another access point to fill-in range for much better coverage.

Uses: Outdoor - peering buildings into one network.
Outdoor cabling & underground wiring is a thing of the past. Connecting separate buildings on your property is easier and far less expensive now...
Weatherproof pole or wall surface mounted "Network Bridges" can carry traffic at up to 2.4 Gbps. Carry data long distance (up to 2 kilometers away) under 'one network & internet service' to other buildings on your property. These allow for a private & secure wireless "bridged" network across your entire property.
